Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel (Fully
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Draft and review employment, consultant, and vendor agreements
Advise on employment law matters and HR functions
Develop and maintain website terms of service and privacy
policies
Oversee trademark filings and intellectual property management
Conduct legal research on emerging issues and regulations
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active bar membership in at least one U.S. state
3-5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in-house or at a
law firm
Experience with employment law, contract negotiation, and
intellectual property
Experience in tech companies or startups; crypto experience is a
plus
