Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant General Counsel
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Lead and drive legal compliance strategies and initiatives
Provide legal guidance and oversight on compliance matters for
subsidiaries and senior leadership
Manage corporate vendor contracts and identify company risks
related to the contracting process
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
License to practice law in a relevant jurisdiction
7 years of relevant legal experience in a law firm or in-house
environment
Ability to be admitted as In-House Counsel by the MA Board of Bar
Overseers
Experience in health or insurance law is preferred
