Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Design Director to lead
design initiatives and manage a team of designers.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a team of designers to create clarity, generate energy, and
deliver results
Drive product experience strategy, interaction design, and creative
direction for new products
Facilitate cross-team collaborations from early product stages to
implementation
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Industrial Design, Product Design,
Human Computer Interaction, or related field
9+ years of experience in product or service design (or 7+ years
with a Master's degree)
5+ years of people management experience
Experience using design thinking to solve problems
