Job Description:
A company is looking for a Group Product Manager to drive the
strategic direction and execution of its product suite.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute a 12+ month product strategy aligned with
company priorities and industry demands
Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing product team that
fosters ownership, innovation, and user-centric thinking
Identify opportunities across product offerings to optimize value
for multiple personas (clients, users, and financial planners)
Qualifications & Experience
10+ years of experience in product management, technical
leadership, or complex business environments, ideally in enterprise
SaaS or fintech
3+ years leading a product team, including direct management of
product managers and cross-functional alignment
Strong understanding of agile software development processes and
product discovery best practices
Proficient in data-driven decision-making, with experience in
analytics tools and the ability to connect product strategy to key
KPIs
Experience balancing strategic vision with hands-on execution in a
fast-paced, growing organization
