Job Description:

A company is looking for a Customer Marketing Manager to drive growth and loyalty within their merchant base.

Key Responsibilities

Create campaigns to enhance merchant growth through new products and features
Collaborate cross-functionally to align on target audiences and messaging
Execute marketing efforts across various channels and coordinate customer events

Required Qualifications

5+ years in marketing at a B2B SaaS startup, with 2+ years in customer marketing
Experience in building customer marketing programs from scratch
Proven ability to build and maintain customer relationships
Familiarity with CDP, Marketing Automation, and CRM software
Bonus: Experience with Shopify, e-commerce, and the post-purchase ecosystem
