A company is looking for a Digital Reporter - Indiana
Notary.
Key Responsibilities
Host Zoom calls for clients and address their questions regarding
the reporting experience
Troubleshoot technical issues during Zoom sessions and manage
procedural requirements in legal proceedings
Ensure high-quality audio capture and maintain confidentiality
throughout the process
Required Qualifications
Active Notary Public license in specified states
Strong internet connection and a quiet, professional workspace
Video-enabled computer with access to necessary software
Part-time availability between 9:00AM and 5:00PM, Monday through
Friday
Familiarity with Zoom; experience in the legal industry is a
plus
