A company is looking for a Senior Corporate Paralegal.
Key Responsibilities
Implements strategic goals and establishes operational plans with
short-to mid-term impact
Conducts extensive investigations to understand root causes of
complex problems
Provides guidance, coaching, and training to other employees within
the area of expertise
Required Qualifications
Mastery level knowledge of job area typically obtained through
advanced education and experience
University Degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 12
years of relevant experience; or Master's degree with 8 years; or
PhD with 5 years of experience
Recognized master in professional discipline
Experience in managing large, complex project initiatives of
strategic importance
Ability to communicate with executive leadership on significant
organizational matters
