Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Service Representative
responsible for providing excellent client service to members and
acting as the main point of contact for inquiries and issues.
Key Responsibilities
Act as the liaison between clients/brokers and relevant departments
involved with the benefit plan
Deliver client complaints to appropriate departments and provide
follow-up on claim issues
Foster relationships with internal teams and assist with the
renewal of existing cases
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
1-3 years of Medical Claims experience is required
Intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office applications is
required
Experience with web-based applications is required
Claim processing experience is a plus
