Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
5+ years of sales compensation program experience within the
insurance or healthcare industry
Demonstrated experience with sales compensation systems and
processes
Strong project management and organizational skills
Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical abilities
Ability to drive change through influence
