Position Summary:
The Solution Consultant , Revenue Cycle' s responsible for being
the solution expert and providing comprehensive billing
functionality, service , and workflow knowledge during the sales
process. This role serves as a domain and industry expert for
athenahealth and is responsible for creating and maintaining value
driven presentations, focused on financial solution demonstrations,
and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and
competitors in support of sales quota attainment . The Solution
Consultant, Revenue Cycle must be able to professionally present to
all levels of an organization, including C-Suite executives.
The Solution Consultant , Revenue Cycle is additionally responsible
for gathering discovery information on each opportunity, analyzing
the information and , in conjunct ion with the sales team members
(sales executive, sales manager and solution design etc ),
strategically defining , creating , and demonstrating a solution .
This solution should incorporat e athenahealth's value drivers in
accordance with the prospect /client 's requirements and our
command of the message process.
They must have demonstrated proven expertise over creation,
submission, and follow-up of claims on athenaNet. They must be able
to establish credibility with a billing team and professionally
demonstrate the breadth and depth of athena 's revenue cycle
services and network benefits. The Solution Consultant , Revenue
Cycle is able to participate in complex and diverse account
opportunities. The Solution Consultant , Revenue Cycle is required
to have a masterful understanding of all facets o f the ambulatory
healthcare market , with deep knowledge of full revenue cycle for a
medical practice.
