Leadership skills, developing engaging clients, proposal development, project execution, sounds like you have drafted your career choice position.As a Senior Manager you will be in the forefront of the LA Region's most central pursuits, working with established Teams to first deliver compelling and influential proposals; then lead the delivery executing on challenging water conveyance, water reuse, pump station, collection systems, or treatment plant projects.Key Responsibilities

• Lead the assistance in preparation of client fee proposals
• Successfully assist owner managing and delivering projects on time and on budget
• Lead effective communication and coordination with project stakeholders including client, subconsultants, contractors and EOR
• Ability to deliver exceptional services within budget and dynamic scheduling constraints
• Demonstrate the ability to evaluate staff effectiveness and recommend key changes to achieve overall objectives
• Local travel within LA CountyMinimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in construction, engineering, or equivalent heavy industrial experience preferred, or 4+ years of experience at the superintendent level. 8+ years with a degree or 18+ years construction experience without a degree with 2 of those years at equivalent construction manager experience.
  • OSHA Training
  • PMIS (any brand), Oracle Primavera P6, Bluebeam (or equivalent) required.
