Job Description:
A company is looking for a Software and Services Business System
Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
Interact with product, engineering, and business teams to gather
and analyze requirements for the Software & Services Monetization
Program
Review business requirements, process designs, and implementation
as an expert
Develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams, and user
functional flows
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or equivalent experience in Information Systems,
Computer Science, or Business
7+ years of implementation experience
Experience in enabling Software/Services processes such as SW
Fulfillment and Licensing Management
Background with large scale, multi-system integrations
Experience with SAP ERP and SFDC CRM enterprise solutions is a
plus
