Job Description:
A company is looking for an IT Support Specialist to manage IT
support functions and ensure smooth technology operations for
remote staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide end-user support for remote staff, addressing technical
issues via a helpdesk ticket system
Manage and support macOS devices, including configuration and
troubleshooting
Administer SaaS applications and implement improvements to IT
systems and processes
Required Qualifications
4+ years of relevant IT experience in a remote work environment
Proven expertise in supporting macOS and managing MDM solutions
Experience in administering complex SaaS applications
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation
