Job Description:
A company is looking for a Team Lead, Advising to provide
leadership support and mentorship to academic and finance
advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Provide day-to-day leadership and coaching to team members
Analyze performance and student feedback to develop improvement
plans
Manage projects and deadlines while ensuring effective team
communication
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of four years of experience in academic advising or related
fields
Experience in higher education preferred
Experience in a technology-driven environment preferred
All skills and education will be considered for minimum
qualifications
