Job Description:
A company is looking for an Underwriter to manage new and
renewal business while providing leadership to a team.
Key Responsibilities
Underwrite new and renewal business and approve policy changes
Supervise a multi-person team and ensure effective communication of
pertinent information
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and market
products effectively
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or appropriate insurance designation
Three years of experience in production and marketing of new
accounts
Must be licensed in corresponding areas of insurance
Knowledge of commercial multi-line underwriting and rating
Ability to understand and analyze components of insurance policies
and client risk exposures
