They will also research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position is ideal for a highly motivated individual looking to increase their income with an amazing team in a friendly working environment while working from home.Qualifications:
    • 2 Years of experience in a sales role selling products or services
    • Experience and comfort with making cold calls, sending emails, and scheduling interviews
    • Professional written and oral communication skills with the ability to persuade and influence prospects
    • Excellent interpersonal skills with good negotiation tactics
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative
    • Ability to take and provide constructive feedback
    • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
    • Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment
    • Have leadership ambitionsThis position is 100% commission; the recruiter consultant will be paid based on the number of placements per month.
