Job Description:
A company is looking for a Bilingual Collections Associate
(Portuguese).
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer service regarding collection issues in a
high-volume call center
Resolve client discrepancies and reconcile outstanding balances
Meet defined department goals and report daily/weekly to the
supervisor
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Spanish and Portuguese
High school diploma or GED equivalent required
Minimum of 6 months of collections experience or 1 year of related
customer service experience
Willingness to travel domestically for training and team-building
initiatives
Demonstrated historical career stability
