team.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with product teams to address legal challenges and
support product development
Provide practical and strategic legal advice to enhance customer
experience and align with business goals
Draft, review, and negotiate legal agreements while ensuring
compliance with international laws
Required Qualifications
Solid experience in negotiating and drafting commercial agreements,
particularly in SaaS or regulated industries
Familiarity with laws governing insurance, fintech, or similar
industries across multiple jurisdictions
Experience in fast-paced environments, particularly in scaling
products and navigating evolving legal landscapes
Ability to identify potential legal issues proactively and take a
solution-oriented approach
Strong understanding of the impact of legal decisions on business
operations, especially in product development and sales
