Job Description:
A company is looking for a Field Service Support Specialist
responsible for managing IT and medical equipment systems for
Onsite Clinic locations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate and implement configuration, installation, and
maintenance of IT and medical equipment systems
Provide Level 2 technical support and act as a liaison for change
management and Information Security
Develop and enhance the OSC technical model to improve efficiency
and reduce technical issues
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field, or
equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in installing and configuring hardware and
software
Three years of experience in maintaining local area networks in a
Windows environment
Familiarity with medical office and retail store technical
infrastructure preferred
Proficient with remote support tools and understanding of
Information Security requirements
