Job Description:
A company is looking for a Business Technical Analyst, Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Leads a team of Business Technical Analysts and coordinates
technical training
Formulates internal processes and analytical reports to enhance
information resources and conducts data analysis
Mentors team analysts to develop their expertise and provides input
for business requirements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in a related field such as Computer Science, Data
Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, or Public
Health
5+ years of experience in business technical analysis or a similar
role
Preferred: 5+ years of experience in healthcare
Master's degree in a related field may substitute for some
experience (not to exceed 2 years)
Equivalent work experience in technical data analysis may be
considered
