Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Web Strategist to develop and
execute web strategies and CRO initiatives that drive client
growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement web strategies and CRO initiatives to improve
user experience and drive growth
Manage and mentor a team of UX designers, fostering collaboration
across teams
Analyze performance using tools like Google Analytics and Hotjar to
create actionable strategies
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in web strategy, CRO, or a related field
Expertise in managing complex web projects, including landing pages
and A/B testing
Proficiency with tools like GA4, Hotjar, Unbounce, Webflow, and
Mixpanel
Experience leading teams and collaborating across functions
A proactive, results-driven mindset focused on experimentation and
continuous improvement
