Job Description:
A company is looking for a US Payroll & Benefits Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multi-state US employees,
ensuring compliance with payroll laws
Administer employee benefits programs and oversee benefits
enrollment and compliance
Serve as the primary contact for payroll and benefits inquiries,
providing education and support to employees
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources,
Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in multi-state US payroll and benefits
administration
Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) and/or Certified Employee
Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
Expert knowledge of US payroll and benefits laws, including FLSA,
ACA, ERISA, and IRS regulations
Experience with payroll platforms such as Rippling
