Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter (Contract).
Key Responsibilities
Partner with hiring managers to streamline the recruitment process
and enhance candidate experience
Manage global recruitment for mid to senior level roles, ensuring
alignment with KPIs and budget
Advise on recruitment strategies and maintain accurate
documentation within an ATS for compliance
Required Qualifications
7-10 years of corporate and agency recruitment experience,
preferably in a global context
Experience in designing and delivering competency-based interviews
and selection processes
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and extensive experience with
ATS
Proven ability to develop effective recruiting campaigns across
various platforms
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field
