Job Description:
A company is looking for a Servicing Operations Trainer.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate engaging and effective training sessions for new hires
and existing employees
Design, develop, and maintain training materials applicable to auto
finance operations
Conduct training needs assessments and evaluate the effectiveness
of training programs
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 year experience in training and development,
preferably in auto finance or financial services
Familiarity with consumer debt collection regulatory compliance
requirements preferred
Strong organizational and project management abilities
Passion for teaching and ability to motivate learners of diverse
backgrounds
Ability to work independently and in a fast-paced environment
