Job Description:
A company is looking for a Payroll Expert, US.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate and select relevant software for running payroll, ensuring
compliance with Deel product technology requirements
Ensure accurate and timely execution of payroll and prepare
internal payroll reports for compliance
Work cross-functionally to provide expertise on local payroll and
HR matters and answer complex payroll-related questions
Required Qualifications
Based in the United States
Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, or a related field from
an accredited institution
5+ years of payroll and HR experience with knowledge of local
regulations
Advanced knowledge of local payroll software solutions and
intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
Experience managing technology and external payroll providers is an
advantage
