Job Description:
A company is looking for a Contract Recruiter (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Post open positions, source, screen, and conduct interviews for
clinical educator networks, and manage the contracting process for
qualified candidates
Manage candidates within the applicant tracking system and compile
internal tracking documents related to recruitment activities
Collaborate with business teams to identify geographic gaps and
proactively find solutions for talent challenges
Required Qualifications
Minimum of three years of sourcing and recruiting experience in
pharma, biotech, and/or clinician recruitment preferred
Expert level capabilities with candidate sourcing platforms
Experience with a robust applicant tracking system
Bachelor's degree
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
