Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals and
promote a high-performance culture
Oversee development and retention strategies for analytics, product
management, and engineering departments
Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management, addressing
employee relations issues and conflicts
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in HR or a related business field
10+ years of HR experience in Product or Engineering
2+ years of experience with employee relations
Experience working with a workforce of 400-800 employees
Master's degree is preferred
