Counter Server/Barista Job Summary: Greet guests, take orders, provide menu recommendations, serve at the counter or tables, and promote bakery items to enhance the customer experience.

• Welcoming guests and taking orders, providing menu recommendations to enhance their experience.
  
• Serving guests at the counter and at tables, ensuring an excellent dining experience.
  
• Preparing and serving coffee and beverages, working with our simple but high-quality offerings.
  
• Promoting and upselling pastries and bakery items, showcasing their uniqueness and encouraging guests to try more.
  
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the counter area, dining room, and coffee station.
  
• Assisting with restocking inventory and keeping the service area neat and orderly.
  
• Collaborating with the kitchen and bakery team to ensure smooth service.
  
  Key Qualifications: Previous customer service experience, strong communication and upselling skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail.

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or as a barista is preferred.
    
  • Strong communication and upselling skills to help drive sales of pastries and baked goods.
