  • Weekday hours 630am - 3pm, standby 3pm - 630am
  • Weekends (Sat, Sun) - standby 24hrs
  • Callback is base rate plus $10/hr

        • Annual Respirator fit test. Locations that allow onsite testing: NJ - Saint Michael's Medical Center, NJ-Saint Mary's Hospital (Mask Accepted: 3M 9205+), CA-West Anaheim Medical Center, CA-Garden Grove Hospital Medical Center.
        • Declinations accepted.
        • Flu Vaccine or declination required October 1-May 31. Declinations accepted.

        • Vaccination/titer showing immunity
        • Every 4 years if positive PPD.
        • Annually, Except Saint Marys Regional Medical Center- Nevada must be completed within 60 days of start. Must state clear to work.
        • National Criminal Background Check within one year of start date.
        • Completed after all other credentials are uploaded and with most up to date information.

        • Within 60 days of start. As of 1/01/24 California law permits the testing for marijuana psychoactive metabolites only by saliva. All drug screens will be required to have two components for onboarding at all CA Prime facilities. A 10-panel urine drug screen excluding THC and a psychoactive THC saliva test.
