Job Description:
A company is looking for an Assistant Manager, Underwriting
Services & Process and Production Improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of Underwriting Technicians to ensure high
performance and productivity
Identify inefficiencies in processes and implement solutions for
operational improvement
Conduct performance management duties and facilitate process
improvement workshops
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Insurance, or a related
field strongly preferred
3+ years in a leadership or senior role within the insurance
industry required
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher, or equivalent experience with
process improvement methodologies
Proven experience in insurance processing and policy servicing
workflows
Strong ability to mentor and develop team members
