Communications.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop a high-performance team for communication
systems and services
Drive optimization and innovation in contact center services
through automation and AI solutions
Oversee agreements with service providers and ensure communication
system security
Required Qualifications
3-5+ years of telecommunications management experience
Experience in managing client deployments with tight implementation
schedules
Ability to oversee multiple concurrent implementation projects
Experience with contact center AI solutions is a plus
Experience in the healthcare sector is preferred
