Job Description:
A company is looking for a Program Manager, Governance and
Change Management - Digital Innovation & AI.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee AI and automation projects, ensuring alignment
with organizational goals and efficient resource utilization
Develop and execute a change management strategy to facilitate the
adoption of AI technologies within technical support
Implement governance processes and drive continuous improvement
initiatives to enhance operational effectiveness
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Project Management, or a
related field; Master's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of program or project management experience,
with at least 3 years focused on change management
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint,
Excel)
Strong knowledge of change management principles and
methodologies
Certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or change
management is highly desirable
