Job Description:
A company is looking for a Lead Optimization Manager to enhance
lead generation and qualification efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and refine lead scoring, routing, and prioritization
systems for effective lead management
Partner with SDRs to improve lead engagement and qualification
through clear workflows and strategies
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and operations to align lead
generation with business goals
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
3 years of experience in lead management, demand generation, or SDR
enablement
Strong understanding of CRM and marketing automation platforms
Analytical mindset with experience in data-driven
decision-making
Proven ability to work cross-functionally and align marketing and
sales teams
