Job Description:
A company is looking for a C&I Relationship Manager IV to
manage and develop commercial banking relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain a quality loan portfolio, focusing on
companies with revenues between $20 - $150 million
Market a range of products to medium and large commercial clients,
ensuring retention and growth of client relationships
Monitor loan portfolios for compliance with credit policies and
assist in mentoring teammates
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or Finance preferred, or
equivalent banking experience
Minimum of 10 years of commercial banking experience with a proven
track record in generating deposit and fee income
Strong credit skills and ability to manage complex lending
structures independently
Proven sales and new business development experience with a history
of exceeding sales goals
Knowledge of applicable laws and regulatory compliance related to
commercial lending
