A company is looking for a Head of Global Mobility.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of global mobility programs and
policies
Provide guidance on mobility policies and relocation packages to
stakeholders
Collaborate with finance, legal, and tax teams to ensure compliance
and optimize processes
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in global mobility, immigration, and tax
compliance
At least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
In-depth knowledge of global immigration laws and relocation
processes
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple
priorities
