Job Description:
A company is looking for an Inbound Sales Manager to lead and
optimize the performance of a sales team.
Key Responsibilities
Coach and mentor Inbound Sales Representatives to meet and exceed
performance targets
Monitor and analyze sales metrics to develop strategies for
performance optimization
Oversee daily operations and refine sales processes for improved
efficiency and productivity
Required Qualifications
3-5 years of sales experience, with at least 2 years in a
supervisory role in an inbound sales environment
Proven leadership abilities with experience in coaching
high-performing teams
Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data for
actionable strategies
High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred
Familiarity with CRM tools; Salesforce experience is a plus
