Job Description:
A company is looking for a Change Manager to assist in
implementing and delivering Change programs for strategic
projects.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the execution of specific Change projects as directed by the
VP-People Change Enablement
Conduct change impacts analysis, readiness assessments, and develop
Change Management plans
Develop Change project plans, manage delivery timelines, and
coordinate with stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 5 years' experience in Project Management or Organizational
Change roles
Understanding of Change Management methodology and practices
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint,
Excel, and Word
Experience in communications and training content creation
