Job Description:
A company is looking for a VP, Member Success to lead and scale
its care-delivery organization in healthcare.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee a large-scale, remote team of 300+ leaders and coaches to
deliver high-quality care
Build and manage a high-performing leadership team while driving
performance management processes
Innovate care processes and design pilots to improve member
experience and coaching effectiveness
Required Qualifications
10+ years in a progressive leadership role
Experience leading a customer/member focused team
Demonstrated ability to scale organizations while improving quality
and retention
Some experience in healthcare is strongly preferred
Experience in a growth-stage organization or similar
environment
