Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager to join
their growing B2B team.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for strategic SMB and pilot customers
globally
Facilitate pilot deployments and proactively build relationships to
drive growth
Liaise with customers to capture feedback and collaborate with
internal teams for improvements
Required Qualifications
7+ years of experience in customer-facing SMB or enterprise
roles
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills, particularly with
e-commerce, finance, and logistics
Ability to connect with C-level executives and stakeholders
Prior experience in customer success or sales for hardware products
is a plus
Strong technical understanding of PCs and IT environments is
desirable
