Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Back-end Engineer (Platform)
to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain features for a Ruby on Rails backend and
React/React-Native front-end
Collaborate with team leaders and designers throughout the feature
design process
Manage the development lifecycle, including task breakdown,
testing, and deployment
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience as a back-end engineer on complex web
applications
Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails and MySQL/PostgreSQL
Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS and
TypeScript is a plus
Experience working in an agile software development environment
Ability to lead complex projects with sound judgment and
decision-making skills
