Job Description:
A company is looking for a Staff Analytics Engineer to lead the
design, implementation, and scaling of their core data platform and
products.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and implementation of scalable SQL transformations
and governance practices
Drive the team's dbt strategy and develop advanced dbt structures
for enhanced flexibility
Collaborate with leadership to define and execute data strategies
aligned with company objectives
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in analytics, data engineering, or
analytics engineering
Deep proficiency in SQL and advanced experience with dbt
Extensive proficiency in Python and experience with cloud-based
data warehouses
Proven track record of aligning technical solutions with strategic
priorities
Experience mentoring teams and leading initiatives to improve data
practices
