Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Engineer to assist
with support issues and enhance customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Provide customer support through various channels including chat,
Zendesk, and Zoom
Conduct technical troubleshooting and create training materials for
end users
Perform peer coaching and quality assurance for team members
Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience in high-volume customer or technical
support
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a SaaS environment
Familiarity with tools such as Zendesk, Django, Jira, Zoom, and
Slack
Knowledge of HR and HRIS systems is a plus
Must be a self-starter with good time management skills
