Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote Special Education Teacher in
Connecticut to provide personalized educational support to students
with special needs from home.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement customized lessons tailored to each student's
unique needs
Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to create
and manage Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
Continuously assess and track student progress, adjusting
instructional strategies as necessary
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or a related
field
Valid Connecticut teaching license with a Special Education
endorsement
Minimum of three years of experience in special education,
preferably in virtual teaching
Strong digital literacy and a deep understanding of special
education practices
Compassionate, adaptable, and committed to fostering an inclusive
learning environment
