Workday Financials Solutions Architect (Hybrid)We have an immediate need for a contract Workday Financial Solutions Architect to join our client, a leading telecommunications infrastructure organization. You will play a key role in integrating data from legacy applications into a newly implemented Workday Financials suite.Location: Irvine, CA (Hybrid)This job expects to pay about $115 - 130 per hour plus benefits.What You Will Do:

• Design and develop architectural solutions for Workday financial systems in line with business needs.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify requirements and constraints.
• Lead technical teams in the implementation of Workday solutions.
• Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of Workday financial systems.
• Document all architectural solutions and systems.
• Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies to improve Workday financial systems.
• Provide others with a clear direction; motivate and empower others; recruit staff of a high caliber.
• Take responsibility for actions, projects and people; take initiative and work under own direction; initiate and generate activity and introduce changes into work processes.
• Gain clear agreement and commitment from others by persuading, convincing and negotiating.
• Express opinions, information and key points of an argument clearly; make presentations and undertake public speaking with skill and confidence.
• Produce new ideas, approaches, or insights; create innovative products or designs; produce a range of solutions to problems.
• Identify own development needs and makes use of developmental or training opportunities.What Gets You The Job:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in IT roles, with a focus on Workday financial systems.
• Proficiency in relevant programming languages, tools, and technologies (e.g., Workday Studio, Workday Integration Cloud).
• Relevant Workday certifications are a plus.
• Experience with solution architecture development and documentation.
• Experience with enterprise platforms: ServiceNow, Salesforce, Office 365.
• Experience with cloud concepts, including SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
